Our customers have the right to request a refund / return the product within 30 natural days. This term will expire after 30 natural days from the day the product has been received by the customer.

We will only provide you with a refund once we receive the product returned to us, and our team ensures it is unused and in resalable condition.

Once you have placed an order, you will have to wait to receive the product and if you need to make a return under our return policy.

We may choose to offer a partial refund of the value of the product in exchange for the customer keeping the item, therefore avoiding possible shipping and customs costs.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

1. Please send an email to support@beselfstyle.com along with a photo of the products you are returning.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and mailing information.

3. Ensure your return is well packaged.

4. Please mark your return merchandise authorization number clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

5. Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

6. Send a follow up email with your tracking information to support@beselfstyle.com.


CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:

- No refund requests will be accepted after 30 natural days for any reason.

- No refund requests will be accepted before your items are delivered.

- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- We will refund only to the same payment method from where the customer originally pays.

- Items that are used, damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.

- After we sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 2 to 7 business days to be reflected on your account statement.
